Grievance Redressal Mechanism

Any grievance can be put up to Superintendent of Institute at primary stage. Superintendent has to dispose the solution to the aggrieved within 3 days from date of receipt of complain/grievance.

If the aggrieved is not satisfied by the reply given by the Superintendent, he can appeal to the Principal of the Institute. The Principal shall give solution/reply to the aggrieved within 7 days of the receipt of the grievance.

If the aggrieved is not satisfied by the reply given by the Principal, the aggrieved can appeal to the Secretary, Rajeev Gandhi Education Society, Barsingsar. The Secretary shall reply to the aggrieved within 10 days from the date of the receipt of the grievance.
